I was actually ready to just give up and go with a conference line. I’d gotten just that overwhelmed with when I realized…hey, wait a minute. I’ve got options. I know online tools, right? Let me find one that works for me so I can deliver my webinars that can grow with my list size without going broke.
Check out this 20 minute video where I share 3 budget friendly webinar apps, along with my handwritten chart and thought process for choosing one that fit my needs.

Great post Tanya, Ihave meeting burner but I wasn’t sold. This video showed me great options I didn’t even know I had and some cons that I now know I have to work with.
The option you didn’t mention which was very important to me was dose the client have to download anything. Like they do with we ex or go to meeting. I’m still testing out meeting burner but so far it’s a winner in the category
Good thought, Akilah! Yes, you’re right – I didn’t like that StartMeeting had the viewer download software. Meeting Burner & Instant Presenter do not require this, but it’s certainly one of the turnoffs for me as well. Thanks!
Hi Tanya, this was very helpful.
Glad you found it valuable, Amos!
Is this video still available?
Thank you!
Hi there, yes – it sure is! We made changes to the site recently and I just realized some of the video links were missing. The video is now on the page & you can watch via Youtube as well at: http://youtu.be/dX1U_e5I59c. Thanks!
